Secret Sunrise Cape Town

Secret Sunrise is a global community aiming to unite the world through music, movement and connection.

At Secret Sunrise, we’re best known for encouraging people to gather for an outdoors silent dance and meditation experience – all before the 9 to 5 day has begun. Described by TimeOut as the best way to start your day, over 50 000 individuals across the world have joined us for a session, whether it at sunrise or sunset.

Welcome to a guided session to celebrate life. Instructors, silent headphones and the most epic way to start a day in the 21st century.
