Club790’s primary objective is to stimulate local business and provide useful information to all residents, visitors, tourists and businesses in and around Hout Bay. A comprehensive, colourful business directory App for Hout Bay & Surrounding areas including restaurants, retail outlets, accommodation, businesses, medical and emergency contacts and more. Users can link directly to contact details, Facebook pages, websites, Google maps and share listings on social media as well as add listings to ‘favourites’. Users are also able to Rate, Review and Recommend their experiences.
The Club790 brand was established 20 years ago and is a trusted household brand in Hout Bay. It was relaunched in 2014 as a business directory and has been hugely successful. Due to Covid-19 the printed issue was converted digitally to this useful, interactive App. The convenience of interacting via the App has attributed to it’s appeal. Club790 supports the local community by donating a portion of it’s monthly turnover to the Rotary Club of Hout Bay. To date over R600 000,00 has been donated to Rotary for use on local community projects.
