Peak Family Practice is a private, relationship-centred medical practice based in Hout Bay, Cape Town. We provide comprehensive care for individuals and families, with a strong focus on continuity, prevention, and whole-person health.

Our team of experienced general practitioners and nursing staff care for patients across all stages of life, from newborns and young children through to adults and older patients. We believe good healthcare is built on time, trust, and understanding, and our purpose-built space is designed to feel calm, welcoming, and personal rather than clinical.

Our services include general medical consultations, child and family health, women’s and men’s health, preventative care, travel medicine and vaccinations, minor procedures, IV therapy, and health screening. We also offer in-practice diagnostic services such as stress ECG testing, lung function testing (spirometry), blood tests, and mole mapping, allowing many assessments to be done efficiently in one place.
